| | UV- Flexodruck printing inks can be used for surface printing and for reverse printing of intermediate layers in film laminates. UV-light initiates a chemical reaction [polymerization], which leads to a spontaneous emission-free curing [drying] of the ink.
No solvent evaporation during printing, therefore no explosion hazard. No drying of the ink on cliche, rollers or ink system.
No foaming in open or chambered blade systems.
| | Consistent printing because of stable binder-pigment-ratio. Extremely low dot-gain and an outstanding printing quality with line and halftone.
